This lightly occlusive base can tolerate very high active ingredient concentrations (up to 50%) and, thanks to integrated antioxidants, also stabilizes sensitive substances. Its very low water activity allows for an extended shelf life of compounded preparations. The base is also suitable for use in veterinary applications.
