In order to process your controlled-substance (BtM) orders, we must have the following documents on file: Pharmacies / hospitals: authorisation / number assignment under section 4 (3) of the German Narcotics Act (BtMG).
Other customers from industry: authorisation / number assignment under section 3 BtMG.
Two copies of the controlled-substance delivery document are enclosed with every controlled-substance delivery - the delivery note and the receipt confirmation. The delivery note is intended for the purchaser's records; on the receipt confirmation, however, the purchaser must confirm receipt of the substances listed there by dating and signing it and return it to Fagron within 2 days. This procedure serves to verify that the goods have been delivered correctly.
